Intelligence orchestration for professional services

Catalyq pairs senior practitioners with purpose-built AI to deliver consulting engagements that used to require an entire team. Today, we're the firm of the future. Tomorrow, the platform that powers every firm.

Products

Six products. One platform.

Each product is built for a specific phase of consulting delivery — from the first client conversation to long-term value monitoring. Finance transformation is our first vertical. The platform is designed to scale across professional services.

Scope Proposals
From client conversation to complete proposal in minutes.

Describe a client's situation and generate a complete proposal — timeline, deliverables, pricing, relevant benchmarks — grounded in patterns from real engagements.

Prism Benchmarking
How does your client compare? In minutes, not weeks.

Compare client operations against industry peers by sector and stage. Weeks of data collection and analyst time, compressed into minutes.

Forge Delivery
The analytical production layer that lets senior people focus on senior work.

Data synthesis, variance analysis, scenario modeling, report drafting. The analytical production work that firms staff entire teams to do — handled by one platform.

Atlas Frameworks
Institutional knowledge that scales with the network.

Codified delivery playbooks built from real engagements. Methodology libraries, quality checklists, and templates that scale institutional knowledge across practitioners.

Signal Intelligence
Transformation results that compound instead of fading.

After an engagement ends, Signal monitors KPIs, flags anomalies, and surfaces recommendations. Client outcomes compound instead of fading.

Keystone Core OS
The orchestration layer that gets smarter with every engagement.

The orchestration layer connecting every product. Keystone learns from every engagement — refining benchmarks, improving pattern recognition, compounding intelligence at scale.

Architecture

Why a frontier model alone isn't enough

ChatGPT and Claude are extraordinary general-purpose tools. But they don't know your client's financials, your industry's benchmarks, or what worked in the last hundred engagements like yours. Catalyq does.

01

Client intelligence

Financials, operations, documents, organizational structure, and engagement history — uploaded, secured, and analyzed. Every AI action on the platform is grounded in your client's actual data, not general knowledge.

02

Third-party research

Curated intelligence from APQC benchmarks, SEC filings, BLS data, and industry research — continuously ingested and indexed. Prism and Forge pull from this layer to ground analysis in real-world data.

03

Catalyq proprietary

Codified methodologies, engagement patterns, and outcome benchmarks from the practitioner network. This layer grows with every engagement and is the platform's most defensible asset. No frontier model has it.

Keystone synthesizes across all three layers simultaneously. A proposal generated by Scope isn't based on generic knowledge — it's grounded in your client's data, benchmarked against their industry, and informed by patterns from real engagements. That's something a frontier model alone cannot do.

How It Works

Every engagement makes the next one better

The products aren't standalone tools — they're stages of a loop that compounds intelligence at scale.

Generates a proposal grounded in Prism benchmarks and Atlas methodologies
02
Forge

03
Signal
Monitors outcomes and surfaces recommendations after delivery
04
Keystone
Absorbs everything — the next engagement starts smarter
Why Now

The consulting pyramid was designed before AI existed

Consulting firms profit through leverage — senior people overseeing junior people, billed by the hour. AI handles the research, analysis, and production work that the junior layer does. The pyramid becomes optional.

The large firms are deploying AI to optimize that model. Catalyq starts from scratch — senior practitioners working directly with AI, delivering the same caliber of work without the overhead that made it expensive.

The Vision

The firm of the future — then the platform that powers every firm

PHASE 1 — CATALYQ DIRECT

The firm of the future

Founding partners deliver under the Catalyq brand. Clients hire Catalyq — unified quality, full AI infrastructure, engagement data that compounds. Senior practitioners only.

PHASE 2 — CATALYQ PLATFORM

The Shopify for consulting

Open the platform to boutique firms. They keep their own brand, powered by Catalyq AI infrastructure. Every firm on the platform makes every other firm smarter.

Built by operators — Big Four leadership, $250M+ in practices built from zero, AI governance spinoffs. Every methodology on this platform is drawn from real engagements.

First Vertical

Finance transformation

Our first vertical goes deep on the engagements where the platform delivers the most value today.
