Consulting bundles two kinds of work — intelligence and judgment — and charges the same rate for both. Catalyq separates them. AI delivers the intelligence. Experts deliver the judgment. Clients control when they need each.
Every consulting engagement bundles two types of work and charges the same rate for both. Intelligence work follows rules and processes. Judgment work requires experience, instinct, and relationships. AI makes it possible to separate them — and both sides of the market want that.
Data gathering. Benchmarking. Financial modeling. Report production. KPI monitoring. The work that follows rules and processes — done continuously by AI, grounded in proven methodology, available on demand.
Strategic recommendations. Stakeholder navigation. Organizational politics. Change management. The work that requires experience and relationships — delivered by senior practitioners who walk into engagements where the intelligence is already done.
Mid-market clients buy Catalyq to reduce consulting spend and gain continuous operational intelligence. Consulting firms and independent practitioners join to access clients, deploy AI safely, and grow their practice.
Operational intelligence, on demand. Continuous benchmarks against your industry. AI-generated cost analysis grounded in your data. KPI monitoring that flags problems before they hit the board. Proven methodology built into every output. Solution definition and scope planning. The work a consulting team used to do — running quietly in the background, available the moment you need it. Bring in an expert only when judgment is required.
Established firms know AI is transformative — and they need to deploy it across their practice without compromising what makes them effective. Independent senior practitioners need the same infrastructure without the overhead of building it themselves. Catalyq is enterprise-grade AI built specifically for professional services.
Five steps create compounding value between clients and experts. Most clients derive substantial value from the platform alone — and bring in experts only when judgment is required.
A CFO runs a free benchmark in under five minutes. Sees where they rank against industry peers. Sees the dollar impact of each gap.
Continuous intelligence: benchmarks, AI analysis, KPI monitoring, board-ready deliverables. The work a junior consulting team used to do.
A board presentation. A restructuring. A regulatory decision. Something the platform can inform but not decide.
The platform routes the client to a matched practitioner. The expert walks into a data-rich engagement where the intelligence is already done.
Every interaction improves benchmarks for all clients. Methodologies refine. The next client gets better intelligence from day one.
Designed for incremental adoption. A client starts with a Prism Quick Benchmark and expands across the suite over time.
Your operations benchmarked against industry peers. Percentile rankings, performance gaps, and dollar impact of closing each gap — updated continuously.
AI-powered analysis that produces deliverables: cost optimization reports, financial models with scenario analysis, board-ready presentations from your operational data.
Proven operational improvement methodologies — maturity models, assessment frameworks, implementation playbooks — embedded in every analysis the platform produces.
Continuous monitoring of the metrics that matter. Trend tracking, threshold alerts, and early warning when a KPI moves in the wrong direction.
Guided initiative scoping. Describe an operational challenge, and the platform maps it to proven methodologies, quantifies the opportunity, and generates a structured initiative brief. The bridge from "I have a problem" to "Here's the plan." Also routes clients to matched expert practitioners when judgment is required.
The intelligence layer underneath everything. Connects benchmarks to analysis to monitoring. Ensures every insight is informed by all available data: operational metrics, industry benchmarks, and proven methodologies. Invisible to the user. Critical to the platform.
Every interaction on both sides — client and practitioner — enriches the intelligence layer. The platform gets smarter with every use.
Client trust is non-negotiable. Catalyq's architecture is designed to protect engagement data at every layer.
Enterprise-grade database infrastructure with row-level security. Client data is isolated per engagement at the database level.
Catalyq uses frontier AI model APIs that do not use API inputs to train models. Your client data stays out of model training.
Keystone selects the right frontier model for each task. No vendor lock-in.
Data encrypted in transit via TLS. Enterprise-grade hosting with edge delivery and encryption at rest.
Every AI interaction is scoped to its engagement context through Keystone. No data leaks across clients or engagements.
Complete logging of all data access and AI decisions. Full transparency into how engagement data was used.
Catalyq was founded by Cliff Justice, an experienced entrepreneur and enterprise consulting leader with more than 30 years building and scaling professional services businesses.
Earlier in his career, Cliff co-founded and sold an early-stage healthcare company and was a founding member of neoIT, a Silicon Valley technology startup. He later led the acquisition and integration of EquaTerra into KPMG.
At KPMG, he served as Partner and U.S. Leader of Enterprise Innovation: built a consulting practice from zero to $150M+ in revenue, initiated the firm's early AI programs, created KPMG Studio — a new business incubator that spun out and launched Cranium, an AI security and governance platform (now at Series A) — and founded the KPMG Technology & Innovation Symposium, an annual convening of technology and AI leaders now in its eighth year. He serves on the HFS Research Board of Advisors.
He is the architect of the Catalyq platform, built using AI development tools and modern infrastructure.
